Hi, I'm trying to produce morning psytrance,but sometimes I feel like I'm living in the past man, and that I'm trying to accomplish a type of sound, that was great in the 90's but now in 2012, I don't know if it stills the same. I'm from Mexico city and full-on music has always been a really big part in the psytrance scene,(dark has really not come to Mexico in a big way, only in the north part of the country, so I have to travel 2 hrs in a plane, if I ever want to see KINDZADZA live), but anyways, all the great full-on producers that have always being true masters, have evolved in a way that, they don't sound the same, something has change, maybe the formula, maybe the way they make the bass, I'm talking for example like Bizzare Contact, or Electro sun, visual paradox and many many more. Their music still freaking great, but is not in your face all the time like it was before,( the way i love it) right know the only artists that are continuing that really powerful music in my taste are Indra and mystical complex who I would love to meet one day hehe.
So my question is, is my style evolving to a place in the past? Or is it ok to just follow what I like and fuck the world?

Hi Bipolar , I hear nice tune here they have power! And I dont know why you say it is sounds old (but this is only my opinion) , I like this track (y)

Im not a fan of full-on. But you got a good song. Good mixed and well arranged.

I'm in the same place, living in past and just don't feel todays full on, that's the reason I don't even try to fake anything....
Really love to have some friends over, make some old school full on, enjoy making the past present
