I really dont know where trance and music come into picture...
What happened with Scarlette (R.I.P) was a horrific and a dreadful event 
Its not just Goa the only place infested with drugs and peddlers... The entire globe is facing the same situation. Places like Ibiza, London, Prague, Dubai, Bali, NYC, Calif, L.A. everywhere
Above all the way case is handled is shameful...
