unfortunately sziget festival and ozora happens exactly in the same time so all the power will concentrate on ozora.
if i hear about any parties before or after i'll let you know.

also, there's 'ambient cafe' in budapest. i can try pull their contact person details.
Not exactly the dates you're looking for, but still, some other events that i'm aware of.maybe that'll help :
You could come a month earlier. maybe it's not too late to get signed up for Bakoni festival. Side liner, Terra Nine and more guys are gonna be playing there at chill stage. The festival is around 5 or 6th of July.
Now that i remember there's also a small festival called Tisza Party or something like that. Don't remember for sure which date it is. maybe worth checking out.
Also, iirc around end of august there's another nice festival called Hanna Hanna. that's another choice for you
I'm sure there're even more choices. seek and you shall find

yes, the best choice is to head to ozora.
the ambient cafe will work on sziget and ozora as well and will be closed during this period.
tisza party will be held on 18-21 june.
hanna hanna is a nice festival in slovakia, very close to the hungarian border.

the ambinet cafe in budapest are the ones who are risponsible for the ambient area in zsiget ..so i do know about them (:
