And New York City is really not all that far, about 6 hours from Pittsburgh; when I was living in Pittsburgh I used to go to NYC almost every month for events. And I think flights have gotten cheaper since I lived there, so that makes it even closer... (and may be cheaper than gas money)

Also Toronto is only 5 hrs away...and we've got a great scene going. Almost every other weekend there's a psy trance party hosted by either Shakti Collective or Black Light Activists. Here you'll get to see alot of major acts coming and playing, and will get to experience a vibrant city with alot of sights and places to see and visit.

Speaking of the fest of gaian mind I need a ride from the pittsburgh airport to the fest for my girlfriend and myself is there anyone who can help?

There are also a few new psytrance DJs in Pittsburgh who are with the crews Sinister Movement and Phoenix Management: Orange Mantis, Cykadelic Co. and Eryn Evans who are good friends of mine. There were a couple multi-genre parties that happened last weekend, and the weekend before where they were all playing, but I just now noticed this post, and I'm not sure when they will be playing again. 
But like Dan (sidetrakkt) said, we (Goahead Prod.) are doing an event next weekend (May 5th) called Psyberry Fields in Akron, OH which is a short 2 hour drive away, or maybe even closer depending on where in Pittsburgh you are coming from.
