I was wondering if there's a mixer which shows the EQ curve in a digital screen per channel?
Would be mighty handy and cool!

Im sure the ecler EVO5 could do that. you can even make your own eq presets and edit everything from effects, eq, fadercurves and bla bla bla..

there is no end of possibilities
