yeah i use slayer 2 and it is great.. i play the guitar but sometimes i prefer to go with the synthtized crazy sound of this great sounding software (one of the many reasons y will stick with vst for a while. When u use a insert fx like NAtive Instruments Guitar Rig u can expect monster guitar Mayhem
