Its much better to start when you are 40 years, so my advice is to stop right now and start doing lego or something else, play with clay and finger colors and stuff like that...

of course its better to start when your young. Most good guitar players have already started by this age if not younger, if your ever going to be a great pianist someday you probly already have to be pretty damn good at this point by 13. I would seriously consider taking piano lessons though, i mean by the time your 20 you could have serious chops.
Mozart is considered the typical child prodigy but most of that has to do with the fact his father had already exposed him to thousands of hours of musical practice by the time he was 4. |

Of course it's a good idea! I started when I was 12 or 13 with Acid, Rebirth and stuff like that... Since then I've worked with a lot of different genres and instruments, and it's great to have a broad background, even if you don't feel like making trance or whatever when you're older. I'm 22 now btw. |

One cannot be young enough to start in my opinion... It is a good idea to really learn the technique first as thoroughly as possible, once you have aquired the technique you can apply it to your unique style.
Very cool track btw. keep going in that direction...
also make sure you take care of your ears!
