We have seen many psychedelic arts all over the world and many of them seems to have some connection to Salvador Dali's patings and from others Surrealists artists... My question is... Do you think that the Psychedelic Art is somehow connected to the Surrealism?!
  we are one. |

Surrealism is a movement in art in which the workings of the inner mind are represented by a bizarre or dreamlike way of arranging material so yes, it is related.

Surreal is not always psychedelic. If you compare Dali's work to Bosch's work, then Dali is not psychedelic at all
And psychedelic doesn't have to be surreal: For example pictures of fractal or bizzare colors are very psychedelic, but not surreal at all.

I think that Dali's trips involved different drugs and traumas like incest and other weird stuff. Psychedelic culture revolves around the same weird liberty to flow and do as you please with hallucinations. |

Yeah, i don't know if dali was on drugs, but everybody knows that he was a crazy man and had many problems with his sexual life
but for me, he is one of the best artists ever... |

surrealism was an attempt to capture the sub-conscious (based on Freudian ideals) through symbolism which was often the artists own synthesis. So, I think the link comes where hallucinogenics are said to open up a direct connection to our sub-conscious state.
