Hi
Im making psytrance in Reason 2.5 and soon Cubase SX (I hope). Now I have a Soundblaster Live! I know it sucks donkey dick for music-making.. Im thinking of buying a M-Audio Audiophile USB-card. Will that be a good choice? How big difference will it be on the sound quality between the sb and the m-audio?

you will notice the difference instantly.
although - USB are not that great for our audio world.
 Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

I agree.
Try to buy the same audio card in PCI board model (Audiophile 2496),it's better and cheaper.

the 44 is pretty nice , although i think it is not powerful enough.
why not going to creative store - and telling them how much will cost to bring/design a new one pro card???? |

Which one of these 3 cards (Waveterminal, audiophile 2496 and Delta 44) is the most powerfull?

audiophile 2496 - definitely
but try looking for other cards - look at stores where u live - read some reviews - so you know what you want from the soundcard.

Look,
delta 44 is a very good card - actually the best at its price i strongly believe.
but it is audio only. It doesn't have MIDI, like the audiophile has. But i has the breakout box with 1/4" connectors.
audiophile isn't very pro looking, but very good for its price too. and it has midi....and RCA connectors...

i have audiophile usb with logic reason 2 and midi keybord......killer soundquality coming from award winnnig 24/96.....NO LATENCY PROBLEMS...

hey dude i think m audio is on of the best with rme also is another 2 new verison 1is this i have is amazing m audio firewire hehehe even not usb is amazinggggggg np at alll and another is omnistudio from m audio |
