The sound isn't the best, I hear that! but no mastering?
Funny that today everything is so technical but the old schoolers did great without most of it.

Damn. Great respect to the pioneers.

I was listening to a synth band called KOTO yesterday and found that they where having "fullon" basslines in 1993 or 1994. Listen to them! inspiring

Forgive my English grammar I'm drunk and Swedish slesian(polish) jew, a wonder I can even spell:D

Great tip, this KOTO stuff is pretty good!

It's got that oldschool italo feel to it (I was very much an Italo-Disco-House fan). I think this similarity to the "Full-On" sound as you say is one reason why I love Full-On music so much.

It's cooky, but check out this artist/track... sound somewhat similar?

I have to say that early Astral Projection is something very very special.Extremely strong and spiritual energy there.I hope that there will come more modern variants that carries the same vibe.

4 great new tunes on Merr0w's myspace, for those of you who haven't noticed. Love the energy of "Necronomicon" and the higlight of the bunch IMO is mellow, atmosperic "Exploring the Rainbow". That tune has really atmospheric arpeggios going on.

Check it out, http://www.myspace.com/merr0wofficial

how can you make a goa track if you actually are not from goa?

it's like dicks from the U.S who claim to play kvlt norwegian black metal when they are from some preppy high school!

I hate you, you hate me, we are all so hap hap happy!

thats a silly thing to say.
what of the old school goa was made by goans in goa?
hell no. it was mostly made in europe and israel and not by goans...

that being said it would be pretty novel to see goans making real goa trance in goa... great marketing point.

with konkoni samples           check new OCELOT, PROG-A-LOT and more on

<- I'm arranging/creating Love&magic parties (with help from beautiful goa-fans) which has a main focus on playing Goa/Pie-trans to the people. So No, Goa is not dead as long as people try to keep it floating above drowning level

::)

Goadelica with pie

B-monkey, b b a monkey - I think you know that todays acts in Goa rarly play any GoaTrance at all. So when it comes to this music of ours, Goa is not a place, it's more a state of mind, or to be correct, a genre of electronic music often with eastern rythms and melodis with astral projecting energies

I like pietrance, it's a combination of the Goa spirit and the psychedelic trance music which is not bound to be either that or this, it just is.. something beautiful, mystical and exiting.
