Hey, sorry for the above statement, it has been due to Polish Vodka. Hehe
From time to time, I hear good full on at paties and experience people enjoying it, so I don´t think, it`s dead.

How is crazy astronaut fullon?

Sounds like dark to me

Listening to furious/crazy astronaut infuriates me because he sounds like a great producer and I would love to listen to his music if it weren't 30 BPM too fast.

Crazy Astronaut defenitly rocks

but come on there is nothing dark in there, all these melodies man. if something is fast does not mean is dark           to use your head you have to go out of your mind

I do not think full on is dead per se.

Full on psy albums are released every week.

Is full on dead to me?

Short answer: Yes

Why?

I have to be honest here, I think the majority of it sounds the same now. It seems like most psy producers are concerned with the technical aspects of the music and not the artistic parts. I'm not saying that's bad, but it's not the only aspect of music either.

I guess this is what separates the Simon Posford's from the Skazi's.

I'm not a musician, but it doesn't take a genius to figure out that the music has got very repetitive. I still do listen to a lot of psybient these days. That seems to get better with each passing year.
