Review done by IndiAlien! Thanks mate!

1. Fingerz

'Ecstasy...
I really enjoyed this opening to the album...
Ion immediately displays his broad range of musical manipulation- piecing together an intoxicating brew of sounds.
Barring the fact that there is a slightly cheesy vocal playing thru most of the song, I think it’s a great way to set the stage for what is about to follow.
[8/10]

2. Stamina

ooooo this I liiiiked. This track is a wonderfully colored flight of dancing staircases...
At some points the rippling synths remind me of the
It stays true to its name- constantly taking u higher level of sound. The rushing bassline doesn't give u a chance to break
But when the breaks do come- u find everything taking u up and up )) this would definitely do some damage if played at the right time.
[9/10]

3. Goblin City

In this tale... we're taken a on a quest by Mother Nature herself, as she fights to free the child inside you
The first half of the track is directed to lay a sinister theme to the voyage and by half way thru... the battle between the Goblins and ur child begins
Liquid synths play around while crunchy round basslines order you forward.
the crowning touch in this is a melody that seems to encompass every sound, in a ghostly deep chant
Full story in this creation... which i really enjoyed
[9.5/10]

4. Kimono

A morphius like voice immediately starts commanding a connection with all things...
soon followed by a solid electric guitar that gets you off ur feet immediately.
The way this track progresses, i get the feeling this is something inspired by the creations of Robert miles- starry space sounds and perhaps a little altom.
with a big big guitar fueled @ 5:45 thru the track, though I still don't think this belongs on the dance floor.
A very nice home listening track imHo
[8/10]

5. Home Boy

mmmmm..... something fresh, electro wind sounds welcome you to this space.
You feel like ur in a sonic blizzard until the dumping bassline comes to set u on ur search.
the search ends in a groove infuses basskick that leaves the wind in some other universe.
The synths keep floating in and out until another guitar packed ripple throws u into the Home Boy's hood.
This hood is a sinister lair filled with spooky atmospheres and rabid guitar riffs, once again being blown thru the wind.
The melody is very marked in this one... the bars of sounds create astral patterns mixed with a fried vocoder
Another well told story
[9/10]

6. Rouse

aaaaaa... can't quite get over the bassline in this monster.
I can really see this setting a sunny morning on fiiiire !!! A crafty break beat build sets the blades of a chopper in motion that propels you into a very well panned out break
The sounds next set of synths are really smashing !!! wowow i think this tune is a monster.
past the halfway point, Ion once again shows his subtle touch once again coloring the soundscapes with influences of many great artists... take the sounds to the next level
the chopper returns and flies u off into the awaiting SoUNd set
[9.5/10]

7. Reality

Grating sounds and a strong vocorder bring in a solid dumping bassline that seems to be the only thing interesting for a while until, all of a sudden massive soundsscapes crop up around u everywhere
The sample towards the end of this tune is sure to leave a few people with bemused smiles... internet internet internet )
Not the best of the album for sure imHo
[7.5/10]

8. The Muse of Disaster

There something very psysexy about this tune...
The voice sample is grrreat, a little humor strung into the mix... destroy my earrrrs !!!
Fresh and ingenious breaks make this one of the true gems of this album. The ethnic drum accompaniment to the bassline really makes me bounce higher
The filtered melody sounds like its coming across a vast desert with nourishing water to rain over you.
[9.5/10]

9. Flame Up

astro funk is the name that i think of hearing this tune.
A funky heavy bassline and random drum crescendos that take u till half way thru... where the script is flipped on u
The bassline starts doing a funky little break beat action leading into a marching band of sounds that come crashing down around u
Can't tell what the voice sample is saying though...
[9/10]

10. Stage

Great way to end...
dropped bpms don't hide any energy in the breaks as the basslines are slammed around you.
Fine exit to this delightful CD.
[8.5/10]

a monster release!!!Every track has a different style/ set of elements. One of my favourite albums in the past 12 months. Favourites have to be Stamina, Goblin City and Rouse.
