We are looking for someone who would be interested in investing in an amazing club in São Paulo ou Rio de Janeiro, or in a pub/lounge with a parking place, vip area, toillets, sound system eaw sound d.d.s., cdj, mixer of great quality..local capacity: 1.200 people
We are interested on using it for release of new products, renting for events and fashion shows and magazines parties, as well as private parties for companies on Paulista area (SP-Brazil). Profile of public: Classes A and B, college students and GLS.
Investiment: €67.500 or £45.000 already with sound system, light system, telephone, computer, decoration and arquitetute, visual projectors, office, car for the club and employers hired (accountant, lawyer, municipal license, security company and djs and comercial adverstisiment.)
Return in a year and a half.
monthly invoicing: €6.750 or £4.500 monthly. only from club and bar.
Plus invoicing from release of new products, tv midia, advertising space and location for tv advertisements, fashion shows and others.
Also we have projects of raves. Investiment: € 84.400 or £ 56.250
Invoicing: € 253.200 or £ 168.800
