A letter form Earthaven
I deeply respect and enjoy the feeling of community and culture that have been created at your events. This is something that we have been creating at Earthaven. I feel that these are two faces of the same movement.
When a dance event happens, a village materializes in a spot and then melts away, held in the hearts and consciousnesses of the participants. Perhaps, to have an event within a village rooted in the physical world will allow another layer of experience. I am sure that it will add to the culture we are creating at Earthaven, fueling further creativity. Plus, it will provide an excellent opportunity for fun!
I hope that these groups catalyze and support one another, strengthening and expanding the movement along with our consciousness.
Earthaven is a growing community, if you have been here in years past, you may find this a very different place now. All proceeds from this event will go toward creating even more infrastructure for our visitors and members.
You are are very welcome to our home and budding village. Thank you for coming!

Here are a few details:
Campers are welcome to come earlier in the day to set up. Although their will be luminaries, we recommend bringing flashlights. If you are camping, don't forget extra blankets and warm socks.
We are not able to sell alcohol, but we will provide a cooler of ice for storage, and tape and markers to clarify ownership. I hope the herbal teas are a fun alternative, I enjoy them quite a bit!. Also, please consider bringing your own jar or glass for the tea and water to conserve resources.   Kri
