Interview with Kfir lankry "Phanatic"
1 – Name/Age?

>> Hey My name is Kfir Lankry im 20 years old .
2 – Where Are You From?
>> Well im from the psytrance land , israel 
3 - How long are you in trance scene?
>> I found the trance music in very young age i was 10 years old after
3 years of listening to this music i decide to make or tryin to make
this kind of music ... i started with the old program called
"impulse tracket" then with the time i move to fruity loops and now im
workink with cubase sx 2 .
i decide to work in profesional way before something like 4 years. to those
who dont know i was part of the project "Bizzare Contact" and now i decide
to start my solo project "Phanatic" and this what hapen
4- In your project “Phanatic” what have been the most important musical influences on your music’s and sounds?
>> Well My inspiration Came from lots Styles like Drum & Base
Chillout , House , Classic , Etc...
for sure my influences comes from trance and from artists like : infected mushroom
delirious , astrix , space cat etc.
5 – What equipment do you use to produce "or play dj set" in your music?
>> To produce i use with:
PC: Intel Pentium4 3000 MHz 1024 DDR
MSI Laptop, 1.7 MHz 1024 DDR
Gina Sound Card
Evolution Midi Controller
Virus B Synth
Alesis Mk2 Monitors
Sony MDR V-700 Headphones
Samson Mixer
Cubase Sx2
And lots of Plug-Ins
About when i play my dj set just with cds 
6 - Free text about your project?
>> In my project u can listen to my feeling \ mood that i have in same day
of producting.
i think my project is little bit diffrent from the rest melodic
full on cuz the way of the construction and atmosphere , melodys etc...
U Will hear it in my New Upcoming Album that will be out in middle 2006
In Utopia Records.
7 - Tell me about your favourite projects in trance scene at the moment?
>> My Favourite projects hmm .. Space Cat , Delirious , Astrix , Electro Sun
Wizzy Noise , and for sure i like more that not in my mind right now.
8 - How you see the trance parties scene in your country and in the rest of the world?
>> The truth the partys here are pretty nice .. most of them with top artists
but most of them in clubs as well , theres some underground partys but
find the dark style the most..
i prefer the partys in brazil most of the partys are open air with beautiful
Nature and beautiful girls and beautiful vibes.
Brazil is my fav for sure
9 – What do you think about the mp3 trade by internet?
>> Look.. there are 2 side about it .. the bad side is that its kill the music
kill the artist kill the label , its kill everything and its sad that ppl
do it. the good side that its HUGE promotion ! i mean HUGE !
i dont have specific thing to say about it.. its bad and good.
10 - Your sense of life?
>> To enjoy Life !
