so far all the gui is built over one "VSTGUI.dll"
so no, it doesn't have skins, though u can hack the dll, and change the files inside it..... Asaf, is there not enough bugs in cubase, so you want more features ? :-)
though,
i don't remember where, but i heard of plugins with skins.(if this is not the cubase application window, u can play with plugin's visuals)

sorry for the bull--it, the vstgui is only for plugins,
but still cubase isn't skinnable afaik
