Any chance for an explicit license (for example Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works) so one can pass the actual files (reencoded to a sane format) to friends?

I need to spend more time looking into creative commons licenses. it does not really change what we're doing though, and people will likely do what they will regardless of what limits we try to set.
ideally we'd like your friends to come to the page and check out the tunes, hopefully the music will grab them or inspire them in some way |

that is not a legal link... and there's no dmca or abuse contact.
i've got more pressing things to do than to hunt down their hosting co.
that is just the way it is these days.
i'll look into flacs but for now we'll have to leave that conversion up to you.
our main focus right now is Kaya Project new album promotion - stay tuned for some full length album samples on our soundcloud page.

Awesome to hear about the lossless downloads. If they come out in FLAC I would be glad to buy all the Interchill things I missed since I stopped buying CDs. |

put together a setlist for friend which was played at natural goods market today...had to sneak in 'bodily needs' ;D also included interchills kaya project-'65 percent' & eat static-'flippity' ...perfect tracks...new kaya project would go down a treat so spreading the vibes. |
