Intent - Heart - Shiva - Devotion

Shiva is the hindu deity called the "auspicious one." He is often seen immersed in deep sitting meditation or dancing to destroy and transform ignorance and hate. We are feeling called to bring intent to this event by honoring Shiva. Awakening our hearts and cleaning out the cobwebs of our souls.
We want to have a big, beautiful altar. Please contribute and bring sacred items. Fresh flowers would be a wonderful asset! There will be a potluck at 7pm, everyone please bring a covered dish to share and the music will start at 8pm. This is also the christening of this new space and we want to offer up thanks.

Greetings fellow devotees and trancers,
We are just a few days out from what we hope will be a spectacularevent. Beyond the marathon psytrance set that will be spun, we lookforward to setting the tone and vibe of this new location. The venuewe have been asked to christen is a soon to be public center fordance/movement, educational meetings, and gatherings/conferences ofall cultures and interests.
Currently the space is somewhat under construction. BetweenT.O.U.C.H. Samadhi, The Asheville Full Moon Gatherings Collective andmany other proactive groups, we have already spent several hundreddollars out-of-pocket on materials and labor to complete the firststages of the space's readiness. More and more individuals arestepping up to loan money and time to make sure the manifestation ofthis venue is complete and will endure.
We ask that you please consider attending for the following reasons:your money goes to recouping out-of-pocket funds already spent by thevarious groups, it will ensure the longevity of the space, Intent isgoing to be a glorious dance event with great people and food, and youcan meet the owner and staff to see how you can help.
Because of the city's zoning policies the space cannot except money atthe door for any event. Greetings all,
We are sad to announce that Intent has been cancelled due to venue
difficulties/circumstances beyond our control. We are truly sorry that
this has happened as we have tired to find a new venue for the night
but nothing is available. All ticket money will be refunded via
PayPal, Ox and Rabbit Comfort Clothing Company, or from Jerry and Kri.
Again our apologies and know that this is just a speed bump. We will
continue and Keep It Goan!
