In Shpongles Divine Moments of truth, around 1:36, there is like a high resonance flute or something similar. I have heard it many times but have no idea what it is.

I think it is the same sound in the movie "Geronimo" when Geronimo has his vision of the train locomotive.

Do you guys know what kind of instrument it is?

I remember sitting with a synth and tweaked around it until I got a similar one but I have forgotten completely what I used and what I did.

OMG, the overtones so totally sounds like a flute. Wonder how long time it took for them to figure that one out.

I thought it was a combo of singing and some kind of flute ran through a granuliser or sampler.
