Im very New to psytrance
and i already wanna create it, i got the programs and all, i created this thread to get names of where can i get and what is good music to hear to start understanding this complex gener as a creator  |

Look in psytrance music there are many styles to listen and create.
[1]melodic psy trance (and sometimes full on/ projects like : yahel,silicon sound,protoculture,silent sphere, 90% projects of israel, and labels like : phonokol,hommega,nano,moon spirits,and many many more...
[2]psy-tech / projects like : opsis,x-dream,midimiliz, and labels like : boshke beats, g+ (G PLUS) and many more...
[3]fULL ON DANCE / the 60& (maybe 70&) projects in psytrance -its the style to play a lot of artist- and labels the same...
[4]Progressive psy trance / projects like: sonkite,ticon,atmos,sbk,vibrasohere,antix,tegma and many more Labels like: Iboga,spiral trax,Digital structures,tatsu..
[5]Ambient and chill / projects like: aes dana,gabriel le mar,cell,grey area,carbon based lifeforms and many more... Labels like:ultimae,chillcode,(and sometimes psy trance labels release ambient chill)
and there are et al styles...

Hey!
Do research, listen a lot at home... parties, experiment a lot, play with all hardware and software that you can get your hands into.
And then decide wich style you wanna produce.
Which one does inspire you most.
I'm mostly oriented to melodic psy trance n full-on. My inspiration comes from melodic and heavenly multilayered tracks.
You need time and (real) WILL, to reach the high level, to get that sound that defines your project, to fight againts all odds and lack of inspiration

thank you guys this really helps
this is kinda rare music though, if u guys wanna help me/ direct me where exactly i can get it, u can PM me!
anywayz i was in a couple nature parties usualy in the last sets in the morning are the sets that impact me the most because well, the music is basicly very monotonic the thing is the Preformer has an equipment which he uses to control the whole breake beat, and he creats very awesome tensions and highs and its really awesome (he is preety much a god controling all the diggers!), thats one of the things that intrest me the most, what is he using/ doing? is he just decides when to switch "pattern" or has a switch which control the whole speed of track, if anyone can explain what they do? |
