As I sit recounting my summer...the first one in a long time that has not been spent trance dancing....yet the music, and gatherings themselves, both remembered and renewed, remain a huge source of psychic energy in my life

As I sit here this morning around the many things that inspire me...from the fractal patterns borne not of hallucination but of careful examination and immersion in ones real surroundings, oft better augmented sonically then with other forms of creative freedom (dont agree? check again).. to the simple yet completely perfect symbiotic relationship i try and keep with my mut bitch dog (i love her, just bein technical)

That reminds me too. Friends lost and found provide a great window into the meat of the human experience that I oft leave undescribed, and that I must be thankful for, for without that, I'd be one jaded old mother fucker....as it is, I sit feeling renewed, perhaps even reborn......maybe...now>?

What inspires you? It's highbernation time and thus reflection time in much of the USA...spit it out...what rocked your socks this summer?

What are we, as a group, inspired to do next.... I really want an AUM10, even if it does fall during boom...america can do it,on our lonesome if we have to...           Wake walking through your sleep dream

I get a lot of inspiration burning sage and smoking a phatty...
Helps clean the slate and opens up the 3rd eye.
Life's energies can really throw me for a loop when it comes to producing though. If my life has been stressfull or busy it is hard for me to get into the flow. A good festival can power me up for months on the flip side of that, really just stacking up ideas in my brain for when I get home to unload my thoughts and convert them into audio.

"i think people should worship people...i really do...i went out lookin for god the other day, and i couldnt pin him....so i figured if i couldnt find him, i'd find his stash...his great lake of love...that holds the whole world in gear...and when i finally find it I had the pleasure of meeting the people who were the guardians of it...and with my 2x2=4 I figured out that the people were guarding the stash of love known as god...and that when people swing in beauty they become little gods and goddesses...i know some of them, and you do too....i think people should worship people, i like to worship something I can see, something I can get my hands on, something I can get my BRAINS on... I dont know bout that jeeeehova kat, I cant reach him... I dont know...seems like everytime I found myself in a bind nothing mystic stepped up, it was always some man or some woman who would step and say we'll do this or do that"-unknown, from old coldcut 70minutes of madness mix           Wake walking through your sleep dream

I was finally able to take some inspiration from a festival and turn it into a track when I got home the other day . Much of it was inspired by talking to and listening to Ocelot.          http://soundcloud.com/ascensionsound

I like quiet relfection. That helps me a lot. (and the fatty) But also I get ideas for a lot of rhythms just beat boxing while doing things around the house or at work. I've never been able to make good psy-trance though I've been producing for years and years with other styles. This summer however I got to DJ at some great parties and it has re-inspired me to try again.

FattyAcid, I like that quote. I can dig it.

the biggest source of inspiration for me is to just enjoy life, after realizing so many things in the past three years, i feel that there is no scene, people usually get upset when they dont party...... but guys the scene is all in the head.................
people should take an example from this kinda shiz n stay undergroundd-do your own thangggg-njoii life n churn out some kilavanilaa tunes for the ommiez to jam on @ parties> it turns out d best eventually

and @ fatty aCid

i totally agree with you friends come as a big inspiration to me as well.......
