hey man thanx for the reply, but...
when i insert a program change through the
key editor as you sayd, i get number values,
the values i want to change are, preset
names (presets that i programed...)
so from preset:"violins", i want it to change to preset "piano" for example
on the same vst, on the middle of the track...how do i do so, and if theres no possibility, how do i know wich number represents wich preset name?

Can't you just open 2 of the same vst?

Program change is something our grandpa's used when you were limited to only 16 midi channels...

I would have to agree with Mike A on this.

I think you should upgrade your CPU.           http://soundcloud.com/chemical-reaction

Well try writing it as automation. Press the W and then change the patch within the vst. It might work.

ok, it works, but i completely disagree
with your point of view on this,
i mean if you can insert a program chanege,
and use the same vst with the same channel
and most efficiant when you want to save channel settings ass well, i have a pentium 4
laptop wih 512 gram and 1.8ghz and a
a rme multiface soundcard, its not about
the cpu only i think it is about using
your setup in its most efficiant way,
and i think inserting program changes
is just about that...
