Info for bookings in USA or canada?

hi people,
In order to play at gigs in USA and Canada, i am interested in asking party promoters what do i need to enter these countries as a finnish citizen, and how to get there without trouble. What Visas do i need, do i need a letter from the party promoter? how does it go?
any help or advice is more than welcome!!

yep its on the waiver in fact i already applied and got it approved! so is it better to just say i go to some friends house, or do i need a letter from the party organizer stating that i am there for a music performance? |
