According to IM's site it is confirmed.
How is this venue? Will be traveling and need to know if it will be worth the premium for hotels for that night.

Spirit is a good venue, so you won't be disappointed. Just wait and see what promoter is behind this though; I have a feeling it's Coast 2 Coast, which is ok, but don't expect any decorations.
Btw, save up some dollar bills so you tip the bathroom attendants every time you take a whizzzz....
