Who in the world keeps giving Duvdev the bloody mic!

If I did watch MTV I'd rather watch this than the newest thug dawg loves the bitches video or the fabulous life of celebrity pet animals. So I guess theyre doing some kind of good.

But for a band that made such breakthroughs in the psy scene, I really expected something more creative assuming their studio doubled in size too. This is bad even for general electronic music. Very sad.

@ Kola... The Chemical Brothers are a class apart. (And much more psychedelic.) Still my gurus! Check the track "The Sunshine Underground" off the album 'Surrender'

its funny that ppl feel to talk about alex kowalski,Extrawelt, trentemoller, pink floyd, led zeppelin and many other none psytrance act......

and saying that infected shouldt be talked about in the trance from.
a bit hypocrite i think.

its probabbly true but:.
They have positive effect on Trance and they are close to it. Infected just left a big void.

well, for me this is not a shock. and since their music has had no impact on my life what so ever i can say it from the bottom of my heart: good luck to infected mushroom on the path they chose. i hope you make it to hollywood

p.s.
i would hit myself too if i would have to listen to that track again and again during the making of that unimaginative, hilarious and at the same time boring video

Im not a listener of infected mushroom anymore, allthough i used to like their music back in the dayz.

Over the last few years they have gone more "mainstream" which is really not my preference of music.

however.....

i feel that they have been important to psychedelic music.

Providing IMO great music over the years. very complex melodies and well composed tracks.

is it wrong for a music group to "market" themselves and play for more $$ than the rest?

so they are now going more "mainstream".

what? is this a new newsflash?

i agree that a lot of the music that is being played recently has gone in a totally different direction and has gone to more electro trance mainstream than psychedelic.

but its their choice to do so and our choice to listen to what we choose to listen to.

so i dont see the big issue.

thanx for the music over the years and i wish them good luck in all of their projects.

Heh I very much doubt they ever make it "big" with this kind of music. Doesn't matter what genre you're into, Duvdev with a mic will always sound fucking horrible

Anyways I can deal with the track till the guitar part, after that it's just..

I hate this whole thing..from now on in my world, IM and Skazi/Most of Chemical Crew aren't psytrance..there's too many vocals and it just isn't psychedelic..
More importantly, it isn't even the type of true and honest music you expect to come out of the whole psy scene..just a load of money driven egotism..
I don't doubt that IM or artists like Skazi, as in all the ones you'd consider a "sellout" to psy, weren't ever making good music out of their own love for psytrance..but this whole thing is pushing too far..

Psytrance is the one music that shouldn't sell out..it sucks to see things like this happening..

I've heard the entire track, and in my opinion it's quite good, but I agree: It's DEFINETLY NOT PSYTRANCE! But this can't come as a shock since Infected haven't been making Psy in quite a while. Anything IM related should be posted in the electronica section.
