I think the problem with IM's new music is that the shit is too "EMPTY". I bought IM the supervisor as soon as it was released, and I listened to it twice!!
What I mean by empty, listen to the very beginning of Horus the Chorus. WTF is that!!??
When you look at the albums from B.P empire back to the Gathering, they had a lot of stuff going on their music.
I was an extremely big IM fan. I was a fan of their music every since I started listening to psytrance some 3 and 1/2 years ago. Now......, I don't know man....., their modern sound just doesn't do it for me anymore.
I guess we all have to move on eventually.

infected mushroom have definately lost that x factor too many cheesy vocals although the beats remain fat it is too commercial now.no longer producing great psy trance but we can't really knock them as they are without doubt a talent and want to experiment. Not for a psy trance purist like myself. |
