Hi
The melody of Semi Nice at about 2:45 that pushes up to full on. Is it made by a phaser?
and in which way? Would be glad to have some help with this..

Hmmm... do you want to reproduce it?
If so.. i would suggest not to.. it's their sound.
I give you a tip to get more own, original sounds.
Don,t first try to add an effect on asound to manipulate it. first try to manipulate the sound itself with the knobs of the synthesizer.
make sure that you know what envelopes, filters, oscillators, lfos are and start to experiment and find new sounds...
try modular synths...

I think u understood me a little wrong. Im not gonna steal the sound. I just wanted to know if I was right. And thought it would be interesting to learn how it can be done.. |

all the effects is just a mix of a basic ones - they are delay,eq and the third i forgot |

I didn't say you want to steal it. I actually ASKED you if you want to reproduce.. seee the questionmark in my first post... (?) 
I don't think it is a flanger that makes the mainpart of that sound.
Thats actually why I wrote above you should go into the basics of the sound..
