i don't think it's the will that is at stake here, they have the will... the problem is IM represents something different. As much as people hate to bash them, incredibly enough... they have their place in psy trance (by the gate if anything).
Let me give you a rundown of the scene here in the small i island i live on. Electronic music means Sven Vath, Eric Morillo, sasha or deep dish. People are stuck on big names, stuck on the flow and whatever cocoon releases. For the last 6 months i have been speaking with promoters left and right to bring ANYTHING that is different: full on, prog, some minimal, dark... and it's always the same issue, they are not big names, "we don't know them." goto any major music store in the world nowdays and chances are, you will find something with IM's name on it. They broke from the stigma of living on a small sub-culture (even if it's a global movement) and passed on to the big times.
I saw the line up for one of the biggest EDM festivals n the states, in florida 3 months ago perhaps... i was in the area just checking it out.. you know...
and anyone who was anyone in EDM was there, josh wink, carl cox, sasha, DnB stage, etc... and the surprise to see IM as one of the headliners. I knew then, they were not psy trance as we know it anymore. And that's sad, but because they are out there promoting their gigs and 'psy trance' maybe, just maybe there might someone that says... "hey that sounded interesting, let me go check what that psy trance thing is all about." so in a way, they have a part in our scene and i bet ya they are moving smart kids into this direction. Sooner or later they might release what IM is all about...in the meantime the only act i might have chance of brining here is them, maybe one day it might happen (actually the booking is looking rather expensive these days). but i got deserted island marked  The point is though, if anyone is going to open the doors for psy in this country is them. Think about how many countries that's happened before...

Sadly the album will not be released as planned.
The album is ready, but...
There is this thing with record companies and distributors around the world - they need a minimum of 3 months to promote the album and prepare for its release.
For various reasons, things are not fully ready, and it would not be fair to release it like that.
We cannot blame B.N.E, because they've done a great job and they are ready to go.
We are really sorry, and believe me, we really want to release this album already!
In the meantime, we will think of ways to make it up to you guys, and hopefully sooner then later it will be behind us 
Thanks a lot for all, and we will keep you updated.

the artwork is amazing....really like it..
and by the sounds of wot erez said this is the best that they have created and wont be harmful to check out what they have in store....i hope this one will be as good as they used to be.....have a strong feeling!
