Infected is playing in Denver for the first time Saturday, Sept.3d. The weekend of the Burn. At least 2/3 of the psy community will be on the playa, and will miss the show.. This is so friggin ironic. argh. Not that I am all that excited about the music, it's more of a symbolic event, I guess.
At least the promoters (who have nothing to do with psy) picked an opening DJ from the psy community instead of some local yokel who has 5 pieces of psy vinyl from back when they still pressed psy on vinyl.. or, worse, an NRG jock. haha. it almost happened.
just wanted to share. very anti-climactic break into the mainstream here. not at all as I anticipated it.
maybe it's a sign. hmmm..
