Find some indian friends and record them?
Well there are sample cd's with vocals - but all of them have been used already.

Very easy way:
1. Get a TV set
2. Get cable/satelite
3. Connect the audio output of the TV to the Line In input of the Audio Card
4. Set the channel in the TV set to Channel Zee or Channel V if you've got one
5. Wait till some Indian movie appears on the channel
6. Record
7. Edit
8. Voila, Indian Sample in 7 easy samples
Note - If you'll want to release the tune you might need to clear copyrights for the recording.
Good Luck!

Well that will be harder...
There was a sample CD called Voices of Native America or something like that.
Look for it perhaps
