I''d like to say something here. We are talking abt Indian movies here rite? Well, and Indian film industry is not just Bollywood!!! The movies made in bollywood rnt even half as good as the movies in Malayalam,Tamil and Bengali. So plz some variety wld be appreciated.
Goin back to the topic... here are some tht i wld recommend.

yes dus kahaniyaan is a nice flick  ...!
ahh few of mine which comes to mind ..
MUNNABHAI both the flicks..!JUST AWESOME ..!
JAB WE MEET which i thght i wouldnt go for but went for nyways was worth a watch ..!
APARHARAN ( ajay devgan and nana pathekar ) oh my god wt a flick......!worth a watch ..!
VASSTAV- sanjay dutt one a film fare award for this one and its really damn good.!
and i just saw TAREIN ZAMEEN PAR which was done very nicely as well worth a watch.!
many as well will keep posting when it comes to mind

the problem with valuing art is, till u dont understand it, it's worthless but wen u do understand it, it's priceless!! |

Anyway i watched a film by Pan Nalin a couple of months back called " Valley Of Flowers"
Its not your typical bollywood movie- more on the artsy side with all the elements of love, passion and drama sans the dancing and singing around trees.
For all of you who love Ladakh this is for you.The photography and locations chosen are breathtaking, and the main actors are the same but not the greatest actors - Milind soman and Mylene Jampanoi( they ended up marrying in real life
The film moves from the Himalayas to Japan and its just a sharp contrast of the rural & modern and its done stunningly(is tat a word  ?).
The story is not great but everything else makes up for it.
A must watch if you are into sharp photography, shooting, production,stunning locations, good music & beautiful people.

@ lovenlight: Dont scratch ur head a lot..lolz... i dint expect tht one wudnt understand wht i told... neways ...for u im re- phrasing it and saying... heard it was a nice movie from my friendz and also seeing the movies trailers i told it is a nice movie ...again(havent watched it)
And above all the songs are just incredible ...whtelse one would say ???
And about the movie "Jab we Met" ..i watched it ...and it is a nice theme for me..so suggested..
Now hope im clear and u got what i mean to post exactly earlier.... if u still have anything to say lets carry on pm..
