2 indian heroin addicts decide to junk up in one of thier mothers kitchen ...in thier stupor from the previous 'hit' they took....by mistake they cook up and inject curry powder in thier veins instead of the 'junk'....
one of them has a dodgy 'tikka' , and the other falls into a 'korma'!  |

Hi Pavel!
This is the only recipe I have for snail salad. You add however much salt you prefer - nothing else in here is high in sodium. I prefer to use a couple of drops of hot sauce instead of the hot pepper flakes.
1 pound snail (conch)-- well cleaned and thinly sliced
3 stalks celery--chopped
1/2 cup Italian parsley--finely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
4 cloves garlic--finely chopped
1 pinch hot pepper flakes
salt and pepper--to taste
Combine all ingredients, refrigerate and let marinate overnight. Enjoy!
