India psy trance parties advice

Hello, I'm off to India early March for about 2 and a half months, and am wondering where the psy trance is at.
I'm going to Thailand for 1 and a half months afterwards (I already have some info on parties there, but could always do with more).
Landing in Mumbai/(Bombay) then going through Pune ending up in Goa. I hear that the psy scene has died there, so want to know where to go. Don't mind traveling distance just as long as there is psy.
Also be good to know about anywhere/anything in particular that stuck out to anyone like markets, mountains, jungles, beaches, temples/ashrams anything or any other advice.
