Here is what I can offer you:
1)go to youtube.Find your clip.type before the entire url "ss" (if you got youtube/blablabla,type ssyoutube/blablabla).This will direct you to site where you can download the clip to mp4 or wav (If I aint mistaken).
2)freesound.org,find the shit you need.Or just ask in their forum for people to record you some speech.
3)just google for science samples .wav
4)go to AT&T text to speech site,it has pretty good algorythm,play with FX on it and it will not be even noticable.
5)Buy a microphone  .
  From all the things I lost,that sandwitch cost me most :)
