the kick in the sample is really the usual sine pitched..metrum ,bazzism and utralbeat you get that in less than 5 minutes.
my money on ultrabeat was used in that track but could come from ... name almost any plugin that can pitcbend a sine and sound decent.. Ultrabeat is good for these kind of thin kick though |

Ultrabeat does very fat kicks as well, long decay and you get that massive boom, its saturation is nowhere near the sweet saturation you get from slightly overdriving a VCA though, its just too clean... Which may or may not be what you want.

yes indeed or with a bit of eq , but one day i will try to run it into the cluster flux it will probably give it more weight/ tickness in the low mids, might compress it nice too but maybe it s not transparent enought for psykick..for techno it can work very well.
the cluster flux beeing well colored in the low mids, i find it work well on bassline and kick with orange light, to compress a little and round transients. (but havent tried for psytrance) |

Can you post a mix with kicks made in ultrabeat? I keep hearing about it but can't see how good it is cause I don't have Logic.
BTW make sure to use the pitchbend envelopes in Massive in "One Shot" mode. |
