some very disturbing images there , very sad , but what the fuck kind of mother lets lose a 15 year old in a place like goa , seedy shack boys , dirty drug mafia .. well , its not all like that , its a great place too.. but keep ur wits about u at least .. old story this , wonder what bollywood will make of this ..

i guess its not about mother's responsibility...its got to do more with the in adequacy of response of those who are in charge of security aka police...its a problem...yes there are good people in goa just as there are good people in afghanistan..but goa is not afghanistan and stuff like this is not expected...yes if the matter was to be reported to the taliban it no one would bother much..but this was in India...so thats where the dynamics change...its like you paying for mercedes but getting a tata nano...no doubt both are good cars..but u know the differnce and the expectations

Women and men should be allowed to wear whatever they want without fear of getting raped and murdered and separately be self-responsible not to rape and murder each other.
Implying that the mother was somehow responsible for what happened because of what she let her daughter wear is messed up, especially in the face of the evidence of what actually happened there.
