If you see anyone in a state or condition where, if it would happen to you you would want help, help them. it's a very simple rule i try to live by... if i see people on the ground at a party i put them on a sofa or someplace clean. even if they are complete strangers, it shouldn't matter.
i've been confronted with the fact that not many people seem to think this way but come on! take some responsibility in your life and don't just say "they should have been more carefull" ... it can happen to anybody...
