In Arrangement, right click, and select 'lock envelopes', and give each envelope their own sub-channel, you know how I think; select each automation parameter from the drop-down, then click the \/ arrow in teh lower right corner of the envelope selection section of the channel.
That SHOULD do the trick, but, in a pinch what Ive done in teh past, is duplicate the channel you want to add the third automation to, and add the third to the duplicate, then cut and paste the automation sub-channel to teh original sub-channel in the original channel...
Dont forget that its very easy to duplicate channels, and theres virtually no limit to how many duplicates you can have. If you wanted, you could have individual channels for each parameter you want to automate then copy the envelopes to a single channel. Not that I recommend doing so, you'd have to guess how each one sounds when theyre all together, likely youd have to adjust envelopes afterwards.

You don't need to "lock" to do that. "lock" just keeps you from moving associated automations around when you move the clips in that channel around.
"click the \/ arrow in teh lower right corner of the envelope selection section of the channel"
^ This is correct. although as long as the knob isn't using the same MIDI CC or is already assigned to a different parameter (via "configure") it should do this anyway... you must have done that to get the first two automations.
Generally it's good practice to drop the automations down into their own subchannels to keep you from messing up other automations by using the pencil, deleting, etc. And also so you can see all automations at once without having to select them using the menu on the right (in arrangement view).

its weird coz i already have them added to a subchannel and i automated them via apc40 usin the configure menu from the synth...
it seems when i click record he detects the automation that s bein triggered and understand as they are bein recorded together...so it stops movin waitin to receive sign to be recorded and consequently it ovelaps the old automation....
so i did as mudpeople said..duplicate the automated layers.. recorded the new one.and sent back the duplicated aumates..tho this way s bad coz u cant hear the old modulation to record the new one...

Lol my education regarding electronic music creation has been fraught with realizations such as you've given me, Axis; Just how many things that I habitually do, that are either unnecessary, redundant, or just...
I dont wnat to say 'asinine'... Lets say...
Misguided.
Id wager to say that learning what isn't necessary is more important, and more conducive to creativity, than llearning what is necessary.
