Improvement suggestion: Predictive text in New Topic field

This would be to avoid duplicate topics (and mods having to advise to "use the search" etc).
As a user types words in the New Topic field, existing topics with those same key words appear in a drop down with gray text.
That way if a user is about to start a topic that exists, they can instead click on the existing topic and post to that one instead of creating a duplicate topic (requiring moderator action, etc).

heheh maybe you're right, its google in my mind
Code wise do you think you guys could do it? If you think it's worthwhile, of course.
I would imagine you could read the field input and use some search algorithm in real time against existing topics. Might be a fun project if you have the time
