I guess I am one of the stupid idiots of whom you speak. If it is a scam, I have lost $0.50. If it is not, someone who made a human error and got put in a barbaric prison system may be helped a bit. It's not like they're asking for your credit card number. It's just paypal after all.
I really hate all this "do the crime, do the time" nonsense. It's not like the guy was a mass murderer or a rapist (at least as far as I know he wasn't), but he is now (allegedly) in a cell with people like that. So many psy people claim to be so anti-establishment but when it comes down to it they are all too eager to take the side of some archaic drug law that goes against everything the psychedelic community has ever stood for.
I do agree that the free warez is completely unnecessary though. |

No, I see your point. It has been discussed many times. Personally, I think the psy scene is more than just talking about Infected Mushroom and how everyone hates Skazi, but not everyone agrees. But you're right. This site is for talking about trance, and whether your monkey likes trance, and where is Psynina... blah blah blah |

i think either its not the place to post it, but still i gave this 0.50 and if there would be the possiblity to spend more i would have done it then i have been to a goan local hospital and if a jail ist just abit worse then i will try to help every europien in a indian jail iam ask for to help.
also i think he did somethink stupid but i think with one month in a indian jail he served more then for it, also the live is to do mistake so u can learn from and he will probadly not have the chance to learn from it. so i try to give my very small help to give him the chance.....
have u tryed to dring indian local water?
thats just what i think

a drug dealer was caught in india and we should donate money...anyone who sells drugs should know what could happen if he get caught...especially in countrys like india...
the prisons there are terrible but he should have known...

The reason why all that shit happens is because of all the anti drug fanatism which makes all these drugs illegal in the first place. That is why people are persecuted, not the other way around.
You know for me this thread is not so much about drugs, that's the least important part. Its actually about someone telling us about a friend in the psy trance scene who is in a really bad situation. The fucking rats are eating his feet, maybe the story is a scam but then that is another thing. But if it's true, if it is well maaan, poor guy. He should have seen it coming, but now that doesn't mean what he is getting is fair. He may be labeled a criminal but that is just a fucking label. Please get out the fucking bubble. Did he deserve it? well unless you are some uptight anti drug punisher who belives in the persecution of the witches in GOA (the so called land of the free) then maybe. But then if so you are obviously not very connected with the psy trance culture. Not that I am an expert, but the psy trance community is generally very tolerant, open minded, non judgmental and promoting freedom beyond the mainstream BS. Freedom to expand your mind in non conventional ways if you wish, and ofcourse its not everybodys cup of tea. NO fucking kidding. But get a clue the psy trance scence is not mainstream pop. We like psychedelic stuff.. you know, we make mushroom backdrops, lucy in the sky with UFOS.. mind expanding ideas that send you flhying in hyperspace with mindbending twisting beats and grooves. Here the surreal and the spaceships of the imagination are welcome. You are high and this is the best place where you can be. It doesn't matter that you are blue, a police, a drug dealer or a lesbian. Get a clue please, what matters is you bring legit good vibes. That's what its about. That's where the feeling and spirit is, in the good vibes.

The thing is with some comments here I almost get the idea that psychedelic trance is now suddenly about sucking the mainstream sausage.
Maybe then take the word psychedelic out and call it pop.
And about Nico, well ofcourse you are playing with fire selling drugs while the drug inquistion is on power. But I hope the best for him, it seems like hard shit. Not that I know him or will even donate money, But I just think of some of those psy trancers who sell drugs, some of them are just great people, some really beautiful psychedelic warriors in spirit.
Ofcourse uptight nerds who "live in a fucking bubble" will never understand that this can be true. And if you think I am talking about you, well then maybe you are right and yes you guessed it: "you live in a fucking bubble"
