Too expeneive dont you think? around 50€ each????
anyone know any cheaper alternatives? i've browsed in shops and found none...

I think boobytrip proposed the best cheapest alternative: the DIY way.
And I'm with him on that suggestion.

DIY is feasible when you got the tools, the place to build your stuff and maybe some welding knowledge...

They were raving about China Cones at some music magazine a few months back. Some sort of ceramic cones that resonate outside the range of human hearing. Apparently they made quite a difference in sound and since they are so small they hardly affect the placement of the speakers. Anyone actually tried these? |

What we used is those X-Frame keyboard stands, with the smallest setting, the Truths just fit one them, and they have rubber grommets so they are stable. They speakers are at ear level height.
