after what i heard on psyshop, will be a good album, with killer production. of course i cant juge really only with 45 sec. streams, but try it... i realise again unfortunately nothing can get close to B.P.Empire, this is just unbetable.
But it will be a good new album in a different style, with the new influences of nowdays like vocals, and technoid stuff. Not my cup of tee, but thats ok...
hope they will release once again an album like B.P. Empire with this deepness, this huge reverbs. all the new stuff, allready on CV(exept the freestyle cd of course!), is to dry for me, to empty...but at least they are evolving always, and never loose theire infected style

but i will buy anyway...

Is it just me or is the Muse breaks remix singing is very similiar to the 7th Son track by Sub6?

2) Infected Mushroom's new album is their best so far, it has the feeling and atmosphere of the legendary "Classical Mushroom" and its a milestone in their personal careers. It took a year and a half to complete and the resault even surprises me.

I find it hard to imagine a label head saying that his own artists suck or that they made an average album...so this kind of comment coming from you is just not objective or realistic enough...I'm not saying that they made an average or a bad album since I can't hear all of the tracks yet. But I also can't believe you.

3) IM The Supervisor is an album that will leave most of you breathless, expect this album to hit you right in the face people !!! From the art to the music itself this is a tight and focused album that will convert any non-believer....

I'd like to believe that but the fact remains that I don't like pop music and I don't like cheesy guitars and vocals in trance...so after hearing 45 seconds of some samples I pretty much decided that this is not for me.

Infected are not 'back' simply cause they didnt go anywhere, musicwise this album rocks, and it is better than converting or bpmpire.

and I take it that the classical mushroom was better than the gathering, bpempire was better than the classical, converting was better than bpempire etc...of course you want us to believe that...simply because hey...you have a new album you need to sell right now..

4) Final artwork is kept secret, we have our reasons. What is public now is just the begining, don't forget that the arrival of the supervisor is near.

just as long as it's not a brain on a hook it's fine with me, the last one sucked big time...at least I hope we get some mushrooms now

now before I get bashed by tons of IM die hard fans I'm gonna say that I was one of you for a long time...converting vegetarians was one of the biggest dissapointments I ever heard on this scene and it's because of the fact that it had elements from pop music that were obviously put in there just to sell more copies and market it to a more mainstream audience...since I pretty much hear the same elements in these new samples it's obvious that they're doing the same thing...and as for the return of the classical mushroom sound...well I can't call that innovative or groundbreaking or whatever...I just call it recycling...because that's what it is...they are just reusing the same sounds they had back from the time when most of the trance scene liked it...they'll probably like it again but there is nothing innovative about it.

anyway I'm prepaired to eat my own words if the album really turns out to be a great one but on a side note there is one thing that I really have to point out here...if you don't want us to draw our own conclusions based on 45 second samples then why do you expect us to buy it based on 45 second samples?

I won't be able to hear this album anywhere except on the net...so if 45 seconds of samples isn't enough to draw my own conclusion then what is?...your own word of mouth telling me that this album kicks ass and that I need to buy it right away...yeah right...like it or not everyone is drawing their conclusions from the samples because for most of us there is no other way to do it...apart from trusting your promoting skills which didn't work on me           DJ Dovla | Interchill Records, Flow Records

Dovla, you bitch about how you don't like CV cause it had the new pop'ish infected style. yet when they say it's back to the roots and to the old sounds you bitch again. what the hell you want them to do? completely retire?

I want something that is new and innovative, something that doesn't use the old sounds we already heard so many times...something that doesn't blend in elements from pop music and try to sell it off as experimental and groundbreaking or whatever...if they put the toxic track from britney spears as the last track on this new album and wrote that it's a IM track with michelle singing I bet most people would say that it's fantastic trance music with killer vocals           DJ Dovla | Interchill Records, Flow Records

i'm still waiting the mushrooms to do better than bpempire, for me it's their most emotionnal and intelligent album , i didn't like converting vegetarians except 1 track or 2, and i didn't like the cities of the future ep( wait too eurodance oriented ... i have nothing against nice vocals, but i hate cheezy lyrics...) except for the violet vision rmx ...
so ... we'll see ...

I have heard the whole album, actually a couple days ago. It's not that bad, it's not back to the original roots, but from the guitars i heard on "Stretched" i actually liked, and i usually hate guitars in psy. Then there's "Ratio Schmatio" one of the best tracks on the album, it reminds me of their older style from The Gathering. The theres the really weird track "Muse Breako Rmx" I remember when i first played that track, the moon was out and clouds were rolling over it and i had just started smoking out. At first the track caught me off gaurd and i was like what the hell is this? and i hated in then i hard the vocals transform into a beat and melodies pop in and i actually liked the vocals for once. I totally fell in love with this track very much so, and if this is one of the directions they are going to take it i say go for it. The comes the track "Frog Machine" its an average track, and hasnt grown on me much yet, same with "Horus..." & "Medduze" anyways skipping the 2 tracks "im the supervisa" & "cities of the future" it's not a bad album. Even though this is not the Review section, all i have to say is buy the album, or borrow it or whatever, but listen to atleast "Ratio Schmatio" "Stretched" & "Muse Breako Rmx"

i never said i was talking to the guy that hates cheezy vocals, i was talking to anyone that wants to give the song a chance, and if anyone wants to label me cheezy for liking this song, they can keep their opinion to themselves because i like all kinds of psy from morning to dark. It all comes down to personal choice, and to me this track is fresh, and something different.

BY THE WAY ALL THE PRODUCTION BEEN MAXIMIZED TOO MUCH AND I'M NOT SURE BUT ITS MAKE ME HEADACHE!

I THINK INFECTED THOUGHT THAT IF THE KICK AND THE BASS IS HIGH THAN ITS GOOD FOR THE DANCEFLOOR

WELL THEY WRONG

THIS DOESN'T MAKE ME MOVE AND THIS MAKE ME HEADACHE AS I SAID

AND I WROTE IN BIG LETTERS TO SHOW YOU WHAT THE PRODUCTION OF INFECTED MUSHROOM ON THIS ALBUM LOOK LIKE!

LOUDER DOESN'T MEAN BETTER
I CAN'T FEEL THE PUNCH IN THE RIGHT PLACES.
