As illumiNaughty approaches its 4th year ~ 23rd April will be our most ambitious party yet. From baby steps at The Zoo our dream has evolved dramatically to a fully fledged theatrical stampede! Digital delicacies from live-footage visuals, interactive installations, Guerrilla Goblins news and suspended TV sculptures will amuse and engage the wits. So with mile wide smiles, we cordially invite you to Bring the Bedlam once more, helping us celebrate a MOMENTOUS occasion the only way we know how….WITH A BANG!!!
illumiNaughty’s “ReWired” guarantees to blow fuses and make senses short-circuit with even more interactive elements than ever before. Media (mis)information and propaganda will be aired and seasoned with the usual sprinkling of satire and subversion. Techno-toys will be on hand for you to play with, ‘illumiNaughty TV’ broadcasted and the crowd handed the controller in a TeleVisual spectacle on a grand scale!
Switching Off and Stepping Out we’ll transmit a dazzling display of music, video and performance to Shatter Assumptions and Kick Convention in the kisser! All accompanied by a splendid soundtrack including a return of international psy-trance heavy-weights Talamasca (Mind Control Records, France) and the mighty Rinkadink (Alchemy Records, South Africa), whose sets left such an impression at previous illumiNaughty events we were left gagging for more!! Added to this will be hefty doses of some of the UK’s finest psytrance dj’s and of course our very own in house residents!
See?! There’s no excuse!! Switch off the box, prize yourself from the sofa, put your glad rags on and help us make the only channel worth watching!!

For all you Goblins who live amongst the far distant lands of the North. Here are some useful train times to help you plan your night of chaos.
Liverpool Lime street- Journey duration 45mins to 1h 15mins
Last train on Friday:
Run approx. every 20-30 mins last one leaves at 22.30 and gets to Manchester for 23.14
First train on Saturday:
5.53
6.22
And from 7 onwards every 10-20mins
Leeds- Journey duration 1hr
Last train on Friday:
Runs approx. every 30 mins last one leaves at 21.40 and gets to Manchester for 22.48
First train on Saturday:
7.07
And runs approx. every 30mins
Sheffield- Journey duration 1hr to 1hr 15 mins (there’s also one that takes 1.43)
Last train on Friday:
Runs approx. every 20 mins last one leaves at 22.11 and gets to Manchester for 23.16
First train on Saturday:
7.07
And runs approx. every 30mins
