It's South Side of Israel, the town called Be'er Sheeva
U can freely take usual bus from Harakevet Station (Tel-Aviv/Ramat-Gan border),it will cost you a 20--40 NIS, I really dunno exactly how much
When U in Beer-Sheva, take special taxi and say "Ani tsarih maadon Forum" Nothing more, Beer Sheva's taxi drivers are not "daddy's boys". Less U talk - Less U pay
