That works only if people download with E-mule.

Would never happen to people that download with better resources. So you're like scaring away a small crowd of kids that don't know any better          Everyone in the world is doing something without me

i cant see the point
its allready known that today after we all understand the new market rules , something that will be downloaded more also sell more
by remove music from the audience u expect what to happen ? they will buy it more? thats sure aint gonna happen , they will listen to whats available.
better idea is to just give it today on artist site , charge few cents if it matters that much but 80% of income is from gigs and royalties if u made it to tv.

this sounds logical on the first view, but doesnt stands the second view imo. the first audience to new music does not comes from sharing sites, this role is taken today by stream-based paysites (beaport f.e.) or full-streamed sites like myspace + some other possible music preview sites (djs sets with playlists f.e.) . i do not see exactly why removing from sharing-network means removing from the "audience" since there are many other and a lot more faster ways to present new music online. and by the way i do not discuss about how someone makes the most money, this is not my question.
