hi guys i need some ideas on how to make my room a little more "psy" ..i already have a uv tube and a small backdrop but i want something more than that ..something which is not too flashy and yet simple..

Yes dude... you have to create your own ambient...
I recommend you take some paint and brushes and start painting the whole room... that will be nice.

a pretty cheap way to get some really interesting visual stuff is to buy some of the cheap big art books at a book store. My computer room is mostly decorated with tons of foot tall prints cutout from surrealist art books or whatever. its much cheaper than buying a poster and you can get alot of stuff that no one has really seen before. |

well, I use to take images from science & nature magazines (some pictures in these are really psychedelic: pictured atomic particules moving around and such for instance)...find as much old magazines (about sciences & nature) as possible and start searching for nice psy pics in them, you can find beautiful images this way...african & indian art is very nice too, or you can make your own deco/paintings which is really fun to do, but as said you have to create your own atmosphere...use you imagination  |
