How about adding a little flag or something near every name in the members list?
Of course, people can choose of they want it to appear for them. |

well i don't think ppl always wanna get full of details, like country, photos etc..;)

You don't need all countries, start from the popular ones (Israel, Russia, USA, UK, and others).
Anyway, you can get flags from here:
