Wouldn't call it chillout- more ethnic pop. Big world music label Cumbancha has just released an album of Idan Raichel Project that is basically made from the first two album it released in Israel, and it's a big success in the world music scene.
It is definitely a show I recommend checking out, though.

yes it aint chillout but u can say in 'world music' but the 2 albums are jus 2 gud i bought em' like 1 or 2 yrs bak & m hooked to it

i was there yes yes i was there 
i still cant belive it, what a performence absoultley luved it.
also got thier signatures on thier cd (i know sounds kiddish but it's like a dream come true for me)
