I saw a really really good documentary about an Englishman who went to live with a tribe in Eastern Africa. He tried to adapt to their primitive lifestyle and society which are based on agriculture, hunting and intrapersonal communication through grooming.
In order for this man to get accepted by the elders of that village he must go through the experience of IBOGA. I learned that this plant(root) causes the experiencer to see all the wrongdoings that he or she has commited during the course of life. The subject to this 2 and a half day process was able to project himself in the people that he might have offended but have never realized of doing so. He was not allowed to describe his experience and this was not being recorded. It took place in closed quarters and he was being surrounded by the elders of the village. After the whole IBOGA experience, he felt a different person-with entire new horizons opened, and new things learned about life. All thanks to Iboga-a very unpleasant drug!
It's amazing. I wish i was the star of that documentary. |

on a related note, iboga in portuguese sounds like boga, that is short for bola gato, which in english means ball cat, then back in portuguese it sounds like boquete, that in english means blowjob

alright, we've gone offtopic a long time ago but if you are really interested try to think in terms of brazilian portuguese (or ask a brazilian friend, particularly from sao paulo)
