I was hoping for more tracks like the ones on VA Temple of One, with that liquid saikedelik colourful madness.. This is more "groovie" and dynamic mood, containing more "skratchy" elements and leads, more dancefloor oriented music imho.
Nonetheless, Ianuaria is one helluva talented dude, pure bliss for this scene.. always unleashing top notch psychedelia. Quality release ahead us, no doubt!
Waiting to hear the complete "Beware of the fish" story!

I agree with you about the 'Temple of One' music's vibe, yeah.. But Ianuaria is an eclectic producer, and through the years he's showing a constant evolution.
I recon he has the needs to follow the mood and the inspiration, and this album has many elements of the sound that we know from him, but it's also showing some deeper athmospheres. It's less playful and more serious than expected, but as you say, he's bringing freshness and high quality to the scene anyway.
Currently Josef (Ianuaria) is back on track, writing new songs, also for some future compilations, and after a nice conversation he was saying that now his need to create something more serious like 'Beware of the fish' is, it's satisfied, and the playful tunes are on the way.
As you see, he's still one of the unpredictable artists.. i like surprises!
